Worked Quickly And Efficiently
Thanks for a painless move! I booked Adam’s Moving to move my daughter from an apartment to a condo. Luc, Evan and J.J. were very pleasant and friendly. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Despite having to go across the city, they accomplished the whole move in only 3.5 hours – and with no scratches, nicks or gouges on any of the wood furniture! That’s a first in my experience! A friend who dropped by to see how the move was going was very impressed with the care they took and said she would recommend Adam’s Moving to anyone needing a mover. So will I!

quick and painless move
I want to say a huge "thank you" to Adam and to the moving crew for a quick and painless move. In all my years of moving around, this was definitely my best experience. Very Happy with the Results
Your company moved us Nov 27th 2017 and we were very happy with the results. I cannot recall the names of the 3 men who managed this move for us but their work was exemplary. They were efficient, kind, helpful and just overall pleasant to spend time with (In spite of having a bad cold). Please make sure they hear this. And also want you to know that we will be recommending your company to anyone we hear of in need of a mover.

Impressed by a Friendly, Open Manner
I was very pleased with all aspects of my move on September 28, from my initial contact with you to the final relocation of my household. The three gentlemen, and they were all gentlemen, were helpful, careful, and made a point of ensuring that everything was placed where I wanted it in my new home - even if I changed my mind mid-move. I was most impressed by their open friendly manner while they worked, and the care they took in moving items through doorways so as to avoid contact with walls and ceilings. Respectful and Caring
I have used Adam’s Moving 4 or 5 times since 1973 and highly recommend them to anyone. Firstly, Adam Anderson is a caring and honest person to deal with, just as his dad was. He provided us with helpful advice prior to the move and his estimate of the cost turned out to be very accurate. There were no surprises or hidden costs!
Our move involved moving out of the house on Tue and moving into the new house (3 hrs away) on Wed. On moving day Adam arrived with Luc, Chris, Howie, Andrew, Mike and Liam at the time they said they would. They were efficient, careful and worked tirelessly for about 6 hrs to move us out. The next day they arrived at our new location on time and ready to get working. They spent another 6-7 hours setting us up and making sure our needs were met. All of these men were gentlemen, respectful and caring. They were pleasant to work with and left us in the best possible shape. We did not have one broken, scratched or missing item. Likewise, Jenifer provided advice and administrative services in a very professional matter.
Moving can be a stressful and emotional undertaking. We highly recommend Adam’s Moving as the number one company in the Ottawa area.

Thank you so very much for making both of my Mom and Dad’s moves so smooth and efficient.
Everything from the estimates, to the efficiency of all your staff, to the several special needs that were met with patience and caring was superb and very much appreciated by me and my parents.
All of you deserve accolades for delivering services well above expectations. Your reputation in the community is well warranted. All services were delivered as scheduled. The packing was very well done under special circumstances and with good grace. The movers went above the call of duty as they made adjustments even after furniture was already placed. They moved things around with a view to customer satisfaction and in a friendly and patient way. This meant a great deal to us.

The Best We’ve Met
Hi, Adam.
My partner, John, and I were moved on Monday by your guys, Andrew, Dave, and Howard. We’ve moved a lot, and we’ve been generally lucky with the movers we’ve used, but your guys are definitely the best we’ve met.
They were punctual, prepared with all the right equipment, and worked like mad all day. It was a long move on a cold January day. They didn’t whine or complain about anything, even though I have a lot of boxes of books, which other movers have offered to torch for me by the end of the day.
We were really impressed at the good sense and intelligence of all three guys. They didn’t bring any personal attitude or nonsense to an already stressful day, and we really appreciated that. They were absolutely calm and steady and very easy to work with. They chatted pleasantly with us at times, but generally just hauled ass assiduously at a difficult job.
We were especially impressed that, at the end of the day, they took great care to place our things in specific places and made a point, each of them, to let us know that they would move things around before they left, if we needed. I thought that was pretty classy and thoughtful.
It makes a lot of difference to have things already where we want them on waking up the morning after moving.
Thanks for assembling such a fantastic team, Adam. We’ll recommend your guys to anyone facing a move.

I Had A Great Experience
Dear Adam's Moving Agent,
I just finished watching the television show "Marketplace" on CBC. This particular episode featured a moving company that regularly and systematically overcharged, overweighed, and lied to customers. I would just like to say that I had a great experience with Adam's Moving for our very short move from Nepean to Kanata a few years ago.
Your workers were punctual, polite, efficient, and volunteered to assist were no assistance was expected or required. The initial estimate provided was correct and respected. I hope that your company does not receive any negative feedback because of this one particular company featured to the Canadian public that I saw tonight.
Outraged at what I saw, I decided to give positive feedback instead of dwelling on the negative.

A Great Team with a Great Attitude!
I want you to pass on our appreciation for a great move on the 26th July. Appreciation also to Victoria for handling and coordinating everything (packing and moving).
Andrew and his team (Mike and Dave) arrived on time - in fact a bit early and then immediately got on with the job. The move was a house to house move here in Ottawa - from a pretty big house to another significantly smaller! To get the queen size box springs and mattresses up to the 2nd floor they had to hoist them up through 2nd story "juliet" doors that they had to remove.
Everything was done with absolute care for the furniture being moved and the walls, floors, etc inside the house.
Great team, great attitude and very professional in all respects.
This is the 3rd move that we have done with Adam's since 2008 - the reason being their reliability and consistent quality of service.

Polite, Efficient and Caring
Hello,
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. While we had expected three people to move us, we could not have been happier with the two gentlemen who did help us out. They were very polite, efficient, and caring. This being our first move using a moving company and not simply calling up friends, it is nice to feel like the cost was justified.
The gentlemen were very professional and took good care of our things, we will certainly be recommending your company to friends and family. I also think I should note that the staff you have answering the phones (and calling to confirm the bookings) are the initial reason we went with your company. I had thought to go with another moving company, but I could not get through to them. When I called your company to inquire about the move I got a response immediately, my questions were answered, and the woman I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

Awesome Job!
On November 30/15 Adam's Moving provided two trucks, and a total of five men, to move 100% of one townhome and about 85% of the neighbouring townhome to our single new family home.
Although all three addresses were only a few minutes apart...this was a big job and a long day for all.
We would like to compliment all of the men who carried out our move. It is not every day they would have to move two places into one...and they did an AWESOME job! They were very clean, careful, and pleasant to work with. We had some narrow openings, just to make things difficult, and they didn't leave a mark on any walls, door frames, ceilings or furniture. Our move even included a very heavy upright piano that was moved with care. All in all a very professional job and we wanted to acknowledge the whole team.

Professional, Polite, and Fast

A big huge fabulous thank you to Adams Moving. Your guys were very professional, polite, and fast. They showed up exactly when you said they would. They put down all the runners to protect our floors and made sure they did not damage any walls. Some spots were very tight and there were no issues. They worked very well together to get the job done. They were amazing from start to finish.
